The company and concept was created by Pawel (or Paul if you prefer) who is a fitness trainer,
nutritionist and life motivator, all rolled into one. Below is his story in his own words.
Hi Everyone – This Is Pawel. I love my life as an Online Trainer. I've been able to make a difference
for clients in helping them reach their fitness objectives – weight loss, toning, strength, endurance,
confidence. I really enjoy talking to each person individually to understand what makes them tick and
to figure out the best way to motivate them to train better.
More than 80 percent of people fail to keep up with their health milestones and achieve the desired
health goals because they do not get the right training and motivation. I have always been extremely
enthusiastic about health and I love working as a trainer to help others achieve their goals in fitness.
I myself am a proud father of a 16-month old beautiful daughter, Luna, who is the joy of my life. My
wife Marika is a first-time mum and an amazing person - selflessly raising our child and running the
family despite getting little or no sleep on a regular basis. Through my own family, I realise that being
a mum is the hardest job in the world in some ways. I originally came up with the Mums Fitness
concept and designed training programmes with Marika in mind, Over time, I have developed various
training regimens tailored to suit mums of all ages at differing levels of ability.
From a career standpoint, I am now fully dedicated to providing mums with the right structure to
maintain a healthy, fit and active lifestyle.
I customise exercise programs based on each mum's unique needs and objectives. Reaching your
goals becomes my goal. I train you online, but I also give extensive advice on nutrition and lifestyle to
motivate you beyond the gym (or home during Covid times). Exercising and working out does not
have to be a chore - it will be fun and empowering also in your life.
My simple advice for all mums is
“Get back YOUR time”!
